This hunting lease is leased and not available. This 22 acre property is located in Scotland County North Carolina. It is all wooded, consisting of mostly mature pines. It does have thick undergrowth on most of the tract. A small pond is present near the road and an old roadbed does enter the property there. This road can be cleaned up to allow ATV use on the property. A camper could also be setup along the edge of the pond with a little trim work. I found several well used trails working parallel and perpendicular to the highway. This would be an excellent spot for a couple guys who are willing to do a little trimming to setup feeders.

Property is located just north of Laurinburg. ATV and camping are acceptable for hunting purposes only.
